MEET WEDNESDÁ FURMAN
Wednesdá Furman is a transformational leadership strategist, speaker, and culture shifter who has spent over
two decades helping leaders, teams, and organizations unlock their potential and rise beyond the ordinary.
Before launching Amazing Wednesday®, Wednesdá served in Human Resources leadership roles at
Fortune 100 manufacturing organizations, working with several both union and non-union
environments. Those experiences gave her the thick skin, strategic mindset, and deep human understanding
that now shaped her approach to leadership development.
Today, she blends HR strategy, emotional intelligence, storytelling, and empowerment coaching to help
leaders — from budding supervisors to C-suite executives — transform how they show up for themselves,
their teams, and their missions.
